Keerthi is an award-winning set and costume designer for live performance and film.
Keerthi has designed set and costumes for: THE WRONG GODS, NAYIKA A DANCING GIRL, LOSE TO WIN (Belvoir St Theatre); SEVEN METHODS OF KILLING KYLIE JENNER (Darlinghurst Theatre Company / Green Door Theatre / Malthouse Theatre); MURDER FOR TWO (Hayes Theatre Co); CHEWING GUM DREAMS (Red Line Productions / Green Door Theatre); and CHOP CHEF (Bush Opera). Keerthi designed costumes for: AT WHAT COST, and NEVER CLOSER (25a / Belvoir St Theatre).
Keerthi has been an associate designer on a wide range of theatre shows including; GRAND HORIZONS (Sydney Theatre Company); JUNGLE AND THE SEA, WAYSIDE BRIDE, LIGHT SHINING IN BUKINGHAMSHIRE, BOOMKAK PANTO, CURSED! (Belvoir); and YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN (Hayes Theatre Co).
Keerthi’s film credits include: art director on APPETITE with SBS; design assistant on OPERATION BUFFALO with the ABC; production & costume designer on multiple short films and music videos.
Keerthi has won an Australian Production Design Guild award for her set design on NAYIKA: A DANCING GIRL. She graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art with a BFA in Design for Performance in 2019, was an Artistic Associate with Belvoir in 2022 and has worked as their prop’s supervisor since 2023.
